Our Owners!
Marty (Left) and Stephanie (Right) co-own and run Docks & Moorings Plus! Marty started the business in 2010, and Stephanie has been his partner (in life and work) since 2014! Together, they have grown and expanded their business all over Vermont and New York. They also own Harbor View Marina & Rentals, so they are a busy power couple!
Harbor View Marina & Rentals
Marty & Stephanie purchased Harbor View Marina & Rentals in January of 2020! Located in Colchester Vermont, it helps run Docks & Moorings plus, has 5 remodeled year-round rentals (that the crew remodeled over the winters!), an Airbnb on the lakefront, and a two dock marina!

Ruger, Remi, Luna, and Tator! (Pictured left to right). Ruger and Remi were adopted 1 year apart from a breeder in NY, while Luna and Tator are rescue pups from the Miami-Dade Euthanasia List.

Morgan (Right) and Josh (Left) are our year-round crew leads! They have each been with our company for 8 years. From spring through summer, they are your waterfront specialists! Wintertime, they provide flooring installation, custom outdoor furniture, custom decks, and more!
